Materials
Tart dough;
200 g flour
100 g butter
24 g powdered sugar
1 egg
14 g of water
50 g cocoa
For the cream;
300 g chestnut sugar
100 g cream
How to Make Chestnut Tart?
Step 1: Sift the flour and cocoa and mix them in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2: Add butter, eggs, powdered sugar and water that you have opened in the middle and kept at room temperature.
Step 3: Knead the tart dough, which you started to mix from the middle to the edges, until it gets a consistency and comes together.
Step 4: Divide the gathered dough into six equal parts and roll it out into small circles on a lightly floured kitchen counter. Spread the dough into tart molds.
Step 5: Press the edges lightly and let it take the shape of the mold. Make small holes in the dough with a fork.
Step 6: Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes until a light color is obtained.
Step 7: Puree the chestnuts and animal cream in a food processor.
Last step: Squeeze the cream you have prepared with the help of a squeezing bag on the tart dough resting at room temperature. Sift powdered sugar over them. Enjoy your meal.
