Gorani sandwich is a fast food type food that started to be made after 1950. It is made from a mixture of cubed carrots, mashed potatoes and a small number of peas, resembling sausage and American salad, placed between sandwich bread, and served with mayonnaise, ketchup and pickles. Materials

-4 sausages

-2 tablespoons of tomato paste

-2 glasses of water

-2 cloves of garlic

-Salt

-Black pepper


For the American Salad;

-2 carrots, diced

-2 diced potatoes

-1 cup of boiled frozen peas


For mayonnaise;

-1 egg yolk

-1 tablespoon mustard

-1-2 drops of lemon juice

-1-2 drops of apple cider vinegar

-Olive oil

-Salt


To combine;

-4 sandwich bread

-4 pickled gherkins


How to Make Gora Sandwich?

-Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper to a pot and mix, let it boil. Tap on the garlic with the help of a knife and throw it whole into the water.


- When your tomato paste water boils, put the sausages that you scratched on them in a saucepan and cook them on low heat until the water is absorbed and the sausages swell.


-Boil the ingredients for the American salad separately in boiling salted water and combine them in a bowl.


-For mayonnaise, whisk the egg yolk and mustard well and feed them into each other, pour the olive oil into the mixture by pouring it like a string and whisking constantly.


Next, add the lemon juice and vinegar. Season with salt. If the consistency is too thick, you can lighten both the consistency and color with water. After preparing your mayonnaise, add the garnishes and mix.


- Finally, soak your sandwich breads with the tomato paste you cooked the sausages in, then spread the American salad on the bread, put the sausage and pickles between the bread and serve.


Tip: When making mayonnaise, it is important to add olive oil very slowly, otherwise the mayonnaise will be cut. As 1 egg yolk can hold liters of olive oil, you need to use the amount of mayonnaise you need.
