Protein based breakfast

The actress prefers a protein-based diet for breakfast. She usually has breakfast with a smoothie she makes with bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, vegetables and some cocoa. On days when she's not making shakes, she consumes avocado toast and eggs or oatmeal with banana and almond milk.

Jennifer works out almost every day

Jennifer Aniston's strongest weapon against the signs of aging is her strict exercise routine. Jen, who trains 7 days a week most of the time, also does her exercise planning on a monthly or annual basis. Thus, she can arrange all her work according to her sports routine.
