4 glasses of flour


1 glass of water


1 egg


Salt

250 gr. mince


1 medium onion


Half a bunch of parsley


Salt, pepper


To fry:


Liquid oil


How to make a raw pie?

Put the flour on the counter and open the middle. Add some water, egg and salt and knead. Keep adding water according to its density. When you get an earlobe-like dough, roll it on the counter, cut it 3 fingers apart and make small balls. Roll out each about 15 inches in diameter. Put it in half a moon filled with minced meat with chopped onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Cover the other side and cook in hot oil until both sides turn brown. Do the same for each dough.



Note: You need to fry your pastries in hot and plenty of oil. If you take it from the pan and put it directly on a towel, you will get the excess oil.
